Milly is a fully licensed Registered Psychotherapist and Approved Clinical Supervisor to practicum students from the University of Toronto and Yorkville University. With nearly 10 years of experience,

 

She has worked as a psychotherapist internationally in countries such as Spain, the Dominican Republic, and Canada. In her practice, she combines a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other third-wave cognitive therapies.

Milly began her solo practice in 2021 and due to the overwhelming demand for evidence-based and efficient psychotherapy treatment, we have now grown into a small group practice. Our practitioners are committed to offering the best quality of care tailored to our client's needs.

Becca Southcott

She/Her/Hers

Becca is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Becca's approach to establishing therapeutic relationships is client-centred, collaborative, and intent on helping you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour on a deeper level. Her approach is rooted in her belief that everyone, deep down, has access to the answers that will improve their lives. Her role is helping you get there!

She takes an integrated approach to her professional practice incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural, Gestalt, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Becca's main priority is to provide her client's with a safe, judgement free zone to openly explore anything they'd like to bring to session.

When developing therapeutic relationships, Haley's approach to working with clients stems from a place of curiosity, creativity, and compassion that is judgment-free. 

Haley offers an integrated approach to her professional practice that incorporates Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Believing that each person is the expert of their own unique life experience, Haley’s objective is to provide her clients with a welcoming and safe space, an equitable and accessible experience regardless of their circumstances and to equip them with the tools to move into life with greater self-compassion, joy, and ease.

Joshua Dvorkin

Joshua is a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CPRO).  Joshua has significant experience working with adults and young adults presenting a variety of mental health difficulties due to depression, anxiety, trauma, transitions, low self-esteem, and stress. Joshua also works with those experiencing difficult life transitions such as individuals that are part of the LGBTQ2S+ community, and people living with disabilities, grief, and divorce.

His approach is inclusive and client-centred and is informed by evidence-based interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. His main goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space for his clients to explore their struggles, learn to cope with these struggles and build resilience throughout their healing journey.

Joshua holds a certification degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is currently becoming certified as a trauma professional (CCTP & CCTP-II). Shaina Madden Psychotherapist of Ontario

Shaina Madden

She/Her/Hers

Shaina is a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CPRO). She is passionate about helping adults who are experiencing a variety of mental health difficulties due to depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and life transition issues. Shaina’s client-centred and flexible approach allows her to work with a variety of populations and adapt to clients with different personalities and ages including LGBTQ2S+ and BIPOC populations.

With Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as her main modality in therapy. Shaina utilizes resources from other evidence-based and highly effective approaches such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her goal is to move her clients forwards toward their goals and support them through their mental health journey.

Zeel Shah Anxiety and Depression Therapist

Zeel Shah

She/Her/Hers

Zeel is a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CPRO). Zeel has over 4 years of psychotherapy experience supporting adolescents and adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, dysfunctional family dynamics, trauma, low self-esteem, chronic pain, and life transitions. Zeel’s person-centred and culturally competent approach is informed by her identity as a South Asian immigrant woman, lived experience in the USA, Canada, and India, and extensive experience working with the BIPOC population.

With Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy as her main therapeutic approach, Zeel also draws tools and strategies from other evidence-based interventions like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Amelia Deng

With over 5 years of experience working with adults presenting a variety of mental health difficulties due to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transition issues. Amelia’s strength-based and culturally competent approach is informed by her experience working with different populations in China, the United States and Canada.

With Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy as her main therapeutic approach, Amelia also draws resources from other evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Talieh Bakhshai EMDR Therapist

Talieh’s approach to therapy is dynamic and client-centred. When developing a therapeutic relationship, Jamie’s approach to working with clients is collaborative, empathic, and client-centred. As reaching out for support takes strength and courage, Jamie’s aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and accepting environment to share, explore, and process life’s unique experiences together.

She takes a holistic and integrative approach to her professional practice by incorporating techniques from evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,

She is passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma, complex PTSD, and childhood trauma as she has worked with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for several years and understands many of the challenges and struggles that come along with the role of a first responder.

Charmin Charania

She/Her/Hers

Charmin Charania is an empathetic and compassionate qualifying psychotherapist who approaches therapy through a holistic, culturally responsive, and trauma informed lens. She believes in each person’s capacity to make meaningful changes and reach their full potential. She provides a safe and non-judgemental space that is transparent to foster esteem, growth, and self-awareness. Charmin recognizes the uniqueness of each person, which allows her to integrate various therapeutic approaches to collaboratively establish a plan that is tailored to the client’s needs and goals.  

Charmin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social development Studies from The University of Waterloo. She is currently completing a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.  She holds extensive experience working in clinical and community mental health settings with diverse populations at different professional capacities. This includes parent coaching, behavioural therapies, and advocacy in education and employment settings for neurodivergent persons and individuals with dual diagnosis and chronic illness.

She works with young adults, individuals, and couples seeking to explore tools and strategies to manage anxieties, personality and mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, loss, and life transitions. Charmin would like to stand by you as you embark on this chapter of healing and personal growth. She hopes to empower you to identify with the unique strengths and talents you possess to overcome hardships and regain a sense of control.
