Do you struggle with anxiety, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or have a loss of sense of self that affects your day-to-day life, your relationships, or your ability to function? Do you wonder if life could feel more manageable, more meaningful, or more authentically yours?
Now more than ever, people of all ages and backgrounds are feeling anxious, uncertain, and disconnected while challenged with navigating difficult relationships, life transitions, or mental health challenges. Not addressing your emotional well-being can lead to burnout, isolation, or deeper mental health struggles. At The Wise Self, we believe that healing is possible, that change is real, and that it shouldn’t be so hard to live a life that feels true to who you are.
I offer therapy for teens, individuals, and couples seeking to explore their experiences, cultivate self-awareness, and achieve lasting change. I start by creating a safe, affirming, and collaborative space that aims to understand what’s bringing you to therapy. I help you explore your inner world, identify patterns, and build tools to support emotional regulation and healing. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, EFT, and behavior therapy, tailoring each session to your unique goals and needs.
I offer a supportive environment that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in over 15 years of experience working with neurodivergent and mental health populations in hospital, correctional, residential, and community-based settings. My integrative approach allows you to feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the conviction that meaningful change is achievable. I’m here to guide you toward greater emotional clarity, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of self.
