Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

  • Specialties:  Anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, parenting difficulties, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD.

  • Therapeutic approaches and modalities: CBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy,  person-centered, and mindfulness techniques.

  • Accepting New Clients offers Online and In-Person Sessions.

  • Availability: weekdays during the day and afternoon.

  • Rachel works with Children (10+), Adolescents, Adults, and Parents.

  • Language: English and Spanish.

Rachel is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Child and Youth Psychology and is currently finalizing her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

With a focus on supporting individuals across the lifespan, Rachel works with children, adolescents, and adults facing a diverse range of challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, parenting difficulties, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Rachel's therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centred, drawing from various evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs. She incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques into her practice.

Rachel's primary goal is to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their struggles, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience throughout their healing journey. She is dedicated to empowering her clients to navigate life's challenges with confidence and to achieve their full potential.
