Are you looking for a better understanding of your strengths, learning style, cognitive abilities, or areas where you may need additional support? Perhaps you have questions about your academic or work performance, attention and memory, or how you learn and process information. When you don’t have clear answers, it can be frustrating to feel like you’re trying to
understand yourself without the right information.

Psychological assessments can give valuable insight and create a clearer picture of how you think, learn, and function. I aim to make the assessment process feel comfortable, supportive, and approachable. Throughout the process, I carefully administer and score standardized assessments while creating an environment where you can feel at ease and perform to the best of
your ability.

As a Psychometrist, I have completed specialized training in the administration and scoring of intellectual, cognitive, and memory assessments. I bring patience, attention to detail, and a warm, client-centred approach to each assessment for my clients. My goal is for each client to leave the process with greater clarity and a better understanding of their individual strengths and needs, along with meaningful information that can help guide next steps for their future.

If you are interested in learning more about yourself or gathering a better understanding of your unique cognitive and learning profile, I invite you to reach out to learn more about the assessment process and determine whether it may be right for you.

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts, or like you’re struggling to find your way through a difficult period in your life? Maybe you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, having difficulty managing your emotions, navigating a challenging relationship, or simply feeling like things have become harder than they used to be. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

As a student therapist, I provide a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, better understand the patterns that may be affecting you, and work towards meaningful changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I work with children ages 7+, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, life transitions, and challenges related to attachment and family relationships. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion- Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and other approaches based on your individual needs and goals.

My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself, develop practical tools for navigating difficult emotions and situations, and create a greater sense of understanding and direction in your life. If you feel ready to take the first step, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation and we can start our journey together to be the best version of yourself.
