Low-Cost Therapy

Low-Cost Therapy

Are you doubting yourself about making the decision to take therapy because of your budget? Do not worry, there is always a way to take care of your mental health.

  • Do you think that therapy is only for the wealthy people?

  • What is the price of not taking care of your mental health?

  • Are you finding it complicated to make the decision to go to therapy because of your budget?

  • Dealing with anxiety, depression, stress and other common life problems, may seem expensive and impossible for your pocket. Even when you have the initiative to take care of your mental health, there is always something that stops you from making the decision to go to therapy.

We All Have Been Through Financial Strains

Going to therapy is a hard decision to make, you have to go through many taboos, and many prejudices, to accept that you need professional help. And when we have finally made the decision, we come to find out that these types of services are offered at high prices, in extreme conditions or with plans that are excessive for our lifestyle. This may affect our mental health, generate more stress, give us anxiety, and insecurities, and then we fall into a vicious circle that seems to have no way out.

Fortunately, there are psychotherapy clinics that understand that mental health has no distinction on everyone's income.

We Have Good News for You

Everyone should have the opportunity to have access to therapy, that's why at The Wise Self Psychotherapy Clinic we work hand in hand with Yorkville University and its students to provide affordable therapy.

This partnership allows us to have highly qualified university students who are pursuing their degrees, are passionate, dedicated and under the clinical supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist. This collaboration allows us to offer top-notch therapy services at a reduced fee, without compromising on the quality of care.

Our team of talented therapists-in training is trained in evidence-based practices and equipped with the latest knowledge in the field of psychotherapy. They bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help you overcome your mental health challenges and guide you on your journey to well-being.

We are dedicated to providing effective strategies, techniques, and treatments for your mental health challenges. What sets us apart is our commitment to offering these services at a lower cost, making quality psychological therapy more accessible.

Not prioritizing your mental health?

We all have different priorities in life such as housing, food, education, transportation and others. Most people don’t see mental health as a priority because they think they can solve their problems on their own. Most of the time these mental health problems are unsolved traumas that they have been carrying throughout life and stop them from making assertive decisions and having relationship problems.

Not wanting to compromise yourself with logistical challenges that psychotherapy might bring?

We all have excuses when we are making a big decision in our lives because we feel overwhelmed. At our clinic, we offer different options to provide our services such as online therapy, in-person therapy, and flexible schedules.

Making the decision about going to therapy is very hard. I am concerned about the costs and compromising myself to it.

Low-cost therapy is an investment to live a better life. Improving your mental health and solving past traumas or navigating life transitions will help you make the right decisions, feel lighter and know how to handle situations when life gets challenging.

Embarking on a journey towards better mental health shouldn't be hindered by financial barriers. Our affordable psychotherapy services provide a solution that bridges the gap between quality care and affordability.
