You do not need to have the “right words” or have it all figured out before starting therapy.

Maybe you find yourself anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what you are carrying. You may want to feel more grounded, better understand yourself, and build a life that feels healthier and more aligned with who you are.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. Drawing from my background as a psychiatric registered nurse, I take a holistic view of mental health that considers the connection between your mind, body, relationships, environment, and lived experiences. I integrate strengths-based, trauma-informed, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches to support each client in ways that fit their unique needs. Together, we can explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck, build practical tools for emotion regulation and coping, and make space for deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.

I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and healing is not always linear. We can take it one step at a time together. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, warm, honest, and collaborative, where you leave sessions feeling seen, heard, understood, and a little more connected to yourself. When you feel ready, book a free 15-minute consultation with me.
