Parent Interview
(Up to1.5 hours)
We start by listening. This conversation helps us understand your child’s history, school experience, and emotional needs, not just their academic strengths.
Testing
(3 hours)
Your child completes standardized cognitive testing in a supportive, low-stress environment. We pace sessions to keep them comfortable and confident.
Feedback Session and Comprehensive Report Review
(1 hour)
We meet with you to explain the results in plain language, confirm giftedness if present, and share a comprehensive report with test results and interpretation, practical recommendations for school placement and enrichment programs so your child can thrive academically and emotionally.

Gifted assessments are priced at $2,250 The fees can vary depending on the child’s age, referral questions, and whether additional assessment components are required. The final scope and fee are confirmed following an intake consultation.
Do you offer flexible payment plans?
Yes. We offer a 4-part payment plan: •25% due at the intake session •25% due at the first testing session •25% due at the report-writing phase •25% due at the feedback session, and before release of the final psychological report
What is included in the gifted assessment fee?
The assessment fee generally includes: -Intake and background information review -Standardized cognitive testing -Clinical scoring and interpretation -A written psychological report -A feedback session to review findings and recommendations Identification of giftedness depends on clinical findings and is not guaranteed.
Do you provide insurance receipts?
Yes. Receipts are itemized and provided for services rendered by Clinical Psychologist. Coverage varies by insurance provider and individual plans.
