Virginia is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She brings over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, having practiced in the Dominican Republic and Canada.

Virginia has provided compassionate support to adults facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, domestic abuse, and life transitions. She customizes her therapeutic approach to each individual's unique needs, drawing from an integrative perspective that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
