  • I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

  • I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University

  • I am actively pursuing my Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto.

Beyond my therapeutic work, I find balance through bodily movement such as yoga, running, and trying new workout classes. I also enjoy reading for knowledge and insight and exploring my creative side through crocheting and trying new recipes. These activities enrich my life and enhance my therapeutic practice.
