Step 1
15~ minutes
Free Consultation
We offer 15~ minutes free virtual consultations with our therapists for you to meet them and discuss your reasons to attend therapy, their therapeutic approaches, fees and process.
Step 2
75 minutes
Initial Intake Session
This first session is dedicated to exploring your case, developing concrete treatment goals, and developing your personalized treatment plan including the number of sessions and frequency needed.
Step 3
55 minutes
Subsequent Sessions
These sessions are dedicated to helping you meet your goals in therapy.
Step 4
Relapse Prevention Plan
This stage of therapy is the last stage and is dedicated to developing a plan to make sure you maintain your process in terms of mental health and prevent relapse.
