Therapy is both a science and an art, and you and I can weave the tapestry of your healing experience through techniques that allure both the intellectual and subconscious minds. By integrating these two aspects of your sense of being, I can help you tap into your wiser self.

I like to use elements of behavioural therapies such as CBT and DBT to appeal to your intellect. To help you tap into your subconscious, I also incorporate mindfulness and breathwork activities and techniques from Narrative and Existential therapies.

My greatest strengths are my sense of presence and deep empathy, and I vow to access them fully while working together. The most effective type of therapy is tailored to the client. We can work together to determine precisely what therapeutic interventions can help with your current predicaments. I will help you define your therapeutic goals, create a more hopeful sense of self, and travel by your side to help you get there- one step at a time.

I am particularly interested in helping clients increase their self-acceptance and personal identity. If you are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, grief from loss or life transitions, or to embrace your sexual and gender identity, please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.

More about Hitesh

I have lived in many cities worldwide, dramatically enhancing my multicultural lens and passion for learning about different cultures. My experience living in the UAE, USA, India, Kenya- and now Canada- has helped me connect with people from various backgrounds and given me the experience of running and operating family businesses. Outside of work, I love spending time with my two dogs, walking in nature, spending time with my friends, and painting. I also enjoy my regular breathwork, meditation, and journalling practices.
