Therapy is both an art and a science—and together, we can weave the tapestry of your healing journey. I draw on techniques that spark curiosity in both your intellectual and subconscious minds. By integrating these two aspects of your inner world, I can help you access your wiser self.

I incorporate elements of third-wave cognitive-behavioural therapies to engage your intellect. To connect with your emotional and subconscious self, I draw on Emotionally- Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches.

My greatest strengths lie in my deep empathy and grounded presence—qualities I bring fully into our work together. I believe the most effective therapy is always tailored to the individual. Together, we’ll explore which interventions can best support your current challenges. I’ll help you clarify your therapeutic goals, nurture a more hopeful and authentic sense of self, and walk alongside you—step by step—as you move toward meaningful change.

I have a special focus on supporting queer clients through the lifelong process of coming out—helping you understand and embrace who you are internally before sharing that truth with others. I also work with both queer and hetero couples through the lens of Emotionally-Focused Therapy.

As a South Asian gay man living in North America, I bring a lived understanding of how culture, gender, sexuality, and immigration can shape our identities and emotional landscapes.

Whether you're a couple seeking deeper connection or an individual navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or struggles with self-acceptance, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s begin the work of healing—together.

More about Hitesh

I have lived in many cities worldwide, dramatically enhancing my multicultural lens and passion for learning about different cultures. My experience living in the UAE, USA, India, Kenya- and now Canada- has helped me connect with people from various backgrounds and has also given me the experience of running and operating family businesses. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, my two dogs, walking in nature, spending time with my friends, and painting. I also enjoy my regular breathwork, meditation, and journalling practices.
