I’m a person-centered therapist who believes that meaningful change begins in a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, easygoing, and collaborative. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that feels human, safe, and grounded, not clinical or rigid. I trust that you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.

At the same time, I value personal growth, accountability, and honest reflection. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or being told what to do; it’s about gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you and building awareness around your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I encourage curiosity over judgment and support you in taking ownership of your growth in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

I work best with people who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their inner voice, and move toward a more intentional, authentic life. While my personal therapy style is collaborative and fluid, I also have experience providing structured treatment for diagnoses including anxiety disorders (GAD, OCD, SAD, etc.), depression, BPD, and ADHD. That said, I believe humans are complex, and therapy should always be uniquely tailored to each individual.

I want to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you. My goal is for therapy to feel both supportive and purposeful; a place where insight turns into meaningful, sustainable change.
