If you're feeling anxious, depressed, or struggling to manage your emotions, I'm here for you. Whether you're feeling impacted by your career, relationships, or internal conflicts, it's important to know that you do not have to go through this alone. The world is a difficult place to navigate. It can feel as though there is little room for genuine reflection and growth, but that is what I will provide for you. If you want a safe space to process, reflect, challenge, and grow past your struggles, therapy is for you!

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy to assess your needs, develop goals, and build treatment plans. I ensure each therapeutic process is unique to the individual's wants and needs as no two people struggle the same. We will start by looking at your current functioning and developing goals. Then we will collaboratively use evidence-based techniques and interventions to work through your concerns, and we will gently challenge unhelpful ways of thinking to ensure you are leaving therapy with a well-rounded understanding of who you are, how you think, and how you feel. All the while, the space will be open for you to process any thoughts or experiences you'd like. Finally, we will build a relapse prevention plan to ensure you are armed with tools that work for you.

Whether you're looking to improve your relationships with others, work through difficult interpersonal situations, or cope through periods of anxiety or depression, my main goal is to help you get to a place where you feel you can face anything on your own. When you feel you've "got this", my work will be done! You can contact me to book a free 15 minute consultation today.
