Do you struggle with feeling lost, stuck, anxious, hopeless, or overwhelmed? You are not alone. The world we live in today, along with our life experiences and relationships, have conditioned us in many ways to feel not enough, that something is wrong with us, or that we don't belong. It can contribute to our anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, overall poor quality of life, and sense of directionlessness. Therapy creates a safe space to explore these difficult feelings, develop insight, learn effective coping tools, improve our relationships, and help us regain a sense of direction to create a meaningful, fulfilling life. I believe we all deserve mental peace, clarity, and happiness, and it is possible.

In my practice, I offer a person-centered, collaborative, and compassionate approach to helping my clients better understand their difficult emotions and make meaningful change in their lives. This can involve emotion-regulation strategies, effective communication skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution strategies, boundary-setting, or powerful insight development. As a South Asian therapist, I take a culturally-sensitive approach for my BIPOC clients. In sessions with me, we will work together to identify the problems you are facing, clarify the direction you want to go, explore what might be holding you back, and experiment with evidence-based tools and strategies to help you reach your therapy goals and maintain progress. I draw tools and techniques from evidence-based interventions like Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.

Seeking therapy is a vulnerable experience, so know that I see the courage it takes, and I will respect the pace that feels safe to you. You can expect warmth, compassion, and a non-judgmental space in sessions with me. Book a 15-minute free consultation today and we’ll get started on your journey together!
