As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I take on a holistic, culturally responsive, and trauma informed client-centred approach to care. I firmly believe that you are the true expert of your life, and it is important that your therapy journey reflects this. I integrate other therapies to individualize care to account for nuances in identity and your unique lived experiences. I want to make sure strategies and tools are useful, realistic, and align with your beliefs, values, and worldviews to optimize outcomes long after our time together.

I currently offer services virtually and in-person to individuals and couples. A client-centred approach to care that is integrative of other approaches can help assist with managing the following challenges: Anxiety, depression, life transitions, Confidence & self-esteem, stress, relationship issues (communication, codependency, intimacy, disconnection, adjustments/life changes), loss,

trauma.

My passion for helping started early and inspired my career. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth, and it is important that this journey takes place in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment. I strive to provide a transparent space that fosters self-esteem, personal growth, and self-awareness.

Together, we can create a plan that's tailored to your specific needs. This plan will include exploring various tools and strategies for coping, as well as implementing lifestyle changes to help you reach your full potential and live a more meaningful life.
